Okay, we've removed the engine from the front clip and disconnected the transmission from the engine as well. Unfortunately we've got a few hose routing and part questions so that we can get this engine running again.

The hoses that run to the boost solenoid (part number 9175290) were cut by the junkyard when they cut the front clip. Could somebody post a hose routing diagram or describe where each hose goes?

What is part number 4670477 and where does it physically go in relation to the engine? Also, where do the hoses go that attach to that particular part?

What harness connects to part number 9189002? We couldn't find any similar plug on the engine wiring harness, and the end on the part didn't look to be "keyed" like all of the other parts.

Finally, where does the large gray rectangular plug on the engine wiring harness plug in? We found three similar plugs on the vehicle's other electrical wiring harness, but no male mate to any of those plugs either.

Once again, thanks in advance.

Sounds like you need an EPC: Electronic Parts Catalog.

I'll try to burn one tonight. PM me your address....

9189002? this part number is a vacuum valve that would have been mounted on the driver's side right underneath the sway bar...

Diagram for You.

There are three barbs that those connect to. In the diagram ...

R connects to: The middle of the hard metal intake tube before the turbo.

W connects to: The wastegate actuator canister.

C connects to: The cold scroll of the turbocharger. (There's a pressure barb there.)

Here's the diagram:
