The rx8 is very slow. I beat it back with my mbc and just 3" downpipe.

The TL is just a nice car, not that it is that fast, but I really like em. Especially in the 6 speed.

it is really nice, very comfortable, easy to drive, but my friends tires (the kid bought the car new, its an 05 or 06) wore out in the rear in 20k miles. maybe its his fault, but thats fucked up.

 

Meh. The I have gotten new front tires for my car each summer I've run the 17s, about 15k each summer. The rears are the originals though!

 

funniest thing about the RX8's isn'y just that mazda over rated their HP but the fact they get 18 ish mpg highway!!!! Many mags get 14-15 mpg combined!!!

pretty sad..... + they are not 1.3 L motors... more like 3.9L

Shrinka? Is that what happens when you are in really cold water or have too much to drink? I think you mean the Shinka Edition which is a special color and interior, I think a different wheel finish and badges too. No extra power.

You have your MBC in? If so I think you can get him from a roll. Since he has no tq and 50/50 balance, he likely has pretty good traction from a dig.

 

yea i did get the TL 6 speed, but it was brand new and this bum was just learning to drive stick. they are better on the highway, like us....so they can totally wring it out, but they just dont have the torque needed from 30-60 to get a good jump from a dig

 

rx i couldnt take...i ahve tried.

this one had a few mods though. I always really liked the sound of the rx8 engine. sounds exotic

rx8's suck. There always this one guy at the races and every time me and my friend tim (he has a modded 06 WRX) see him he pretends like we havent ever raced him before when we went out all 3 at the same time, our friend steven in his auto WRX was running with us too so there was actually 4 of us, but me and tim both passed him on either side no problem and then me and Tim started an all out race

 

RX-8s are slow, but they are still a lot of fun to drive...

we have a rx-8 on the lot and i drove it the other day, and i was really disapointed i went into a round-about and almost had to back up because the turning raduis is so bad.

 

RX-8 is a bad successor to the badass RX-7. They can outhandle our cars I bet.

Speaking of which, I finally get to go back to work tonight It took a while to get back on the schedule since I'm in my hometown instead of at school (same company though) - been working some special events (Nine Inch Nails concert anyone?), but I finally get to go back to test-driving expensive cars again.

Working dinner tonight, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and lunch Wed-Fri. Should make some nice money this week

the old caddy's yes. the new caddy's no from like 03 up the age market has gone down a lot I see just as many people who are in there 30s/40s then i do 70's/80s.
