Lube Front Sway Bar Bushings

Can someone tell me how lubricate (silicone grease?) the front sway bar bushings? #13 in this diagram:

The bolts holding the bushing in seem really frozen and breaking one off would be a nightmare as it looks like you'd have to drop the subframe to replace it.

It is my understanding that these are the bushings that cause the creaking in cold weather and I'd like to try to fix that this year.

Drop the subframe. Its 6 bolts and 2 nuts. Not counting the 3 nuts on the DP and the 2 bolts on the clamp.

Its easy. Drop the subframe and you'll thank me later.
