Loud gear changes/clunks

Swap in a AW50-40LE. Problem solved.

PS I touched your clutch.... of course your going to have issues dummy.... :evil:

it could be your tranny mount

It has a brand new GS poly trans mount and sport rear engine mount. I don't think those were the problem because the old mounts weren't in terrible shape. Plus this problem has been going on since before the mounts and clutch were replaced.

Could it be the one engine mount I haven't replaced? It seems unlikely to me, seeing as the others weren't falling apart...

Did the overnight bleeding last night, and about to go to Farm and Fleet to get some good wheel cleaner...should find out if that helped at all. The little amount of moving around in my driveway suggests that I still have a clunk when engaging gears...

Yeah, how do the mounts look. I would completely remove it and give it a good looking over.

Does your shifter have excessive movement when you accel?

The shifter can move around a bit when I'm in gear, but I've never really noticed it moving on its own while accelerating.

The overnight bleeding seems to have helped a bit...funny, because the clutch behavior isn't all that much different.
