Not sure what to think.

The seller has a zero feedback rating and has been an eBay member since October '05 so they certainly haven't used their eBay account very much. I'd be cautious with such a newbie seller.

 

I hate you! I was searching for a viggen bumper and this one is listed under 9-3!!! Good buy on that one, I can't believe you got is shipped for under $300 and that's with the fog lights.

 

I figured if all worked out I'd resell the fogs back on ebay. They go from 80 to about 115 a piece to make my money back. Then that money would help get the bumper painted and know i'd have vig front bumpers on both my cars

 

Based on the other items he's selling, it sure looks like he parted out a car. I'm always apprehensive about no-feedback sellers, but my intuition says he's ok.

Why don't you email him saying you want to talk about the shipping method. Or leave a message saying you want him to call you back. You've got another week or so before eBay calls you a deadbeat bidder.

 

This is a dangerous buy. Whenever you deal with a seller with low feedback like that, it's a gamble. Make sure you pay with paypal. If he asks you to pay with a money order or check, you know it's probably a scam. You won't have a recourse without paypal and suing over such an amount isn't practical and that's if you can track the guy.

2003 saab 9-3? hmmmmmm. Didn't know they made viggens that year, and why doesn't he state it's a viggen? Very strange, but who knows. Looks like a viggen fender next to it.

 

its from the 9-3 sport convertible... basically all the 9-3 convertibles that year came with the viggen kit, seats, and double 3 spoke 17" wheels...

 

The Viggen seats, bumpers etc. were an optional sport package that you could get for the '03 convertibles so not all of them had it. Generally if you didn't get the Sport Package the car looked like an '02 with leftover Anniversary Edition wheels, normal seats etc.

 

I don't use ebay all that often and hardly ever to sell, but I would always give my phone number and talk to whoever to let them know I am legit. So I don;t think no feedback is and issue but lack of response is...

 

Looks like you get the buyer protection anyway, but as others have noted....a seller with 0 feedback is awfully strange. Good luck.

The covers in great shape but had a in crack at some point in time on the lower drivers side underside that was fixed. Other than that, no cracks or problems, just paint chips. Yeaaaa me...
