ok guys i just threw something together for this weekend to take place of the cancelled SIS show. if you can make it, would love to have you!

Sunday May 1st
10:30am-4:30pm

World War 1 Memorial Park 401 Elmwood St
North Attleboro, Massachusetts

UPDATE!

ok crude map but you get the idea.
once you enter the park you will notice the road is one way. follow the road through one stop sign/speed bump. at the second stop sign stay right to go down the hill to the main parking area. this is where we will convene. from there, there are several smaller parking areas and things to do.

bit of a hike for me... but might be possible.

Is this just going to be a "sit around in a parking lot" kind of thing or what? Not to knock it, just wondering what I would be in for if I were to make the trip.

well its actually at a memorial park along with a petting zoo, picnic areas, nature trails, and a scenic outlook. i try to do my meets at a place thats not just a parking lot.

examples:

i hosted this one last year at my house. i have never had good luck with parking lot meets so i try to stick to places where people can feel comfortable and not be bothered by police thinking we are doing a ricer hangout.

im going to try and make it down there and meet some of you guys . . the only reason i wouldn't see me going is because the CELTICS are on at 3-330ish i have to watch that game.. maybe leave early or catch it at a local bar hmmm..

thats not to far from me ill try to stop by work till 1 tho so ill probably just catch the end are you guys gonna be easy to find? i never been there before

Small turn out, but thanks to all who showed up! Had a good time seeing old and new faces.

Oh and there was a car fire! Luckily no one was hurt and it was not anyone at the meet. Ill post pics later.

Ill see if I can't plan another one sometime in July if anyone is interested. As always it will be in a nice place as I am not a fan of parking lot meets.

Sorry I didn't make it, would have been fun to have a lil g2g. I ended up hiking Tuckerman's yesterday and had a huge list of stuff to get done today.

Will look forward to seeing some pictures.
