The same thing happened when I ordered the Koni yellows for my Miata from TireRack a few years ago. All it took was a phone call. They overnighted the missing hardware to me free of charge. That is great customer service.

I bought them off of SC. Rears had 10K miles on them and front are brand new.

Not bad for 150 off the retail price for Shocks only.

Pairing them with Eibach Springs.

Still waiting for parts. argh

Still hard to believe those 1/8 plastic washers would do anything.

I didn't install those platic discs either...nothing was clear enoug on the Ikea-like instructions to tell me where the hell there were supposed to have gone.
