was just dream shopping on partsforsaabs.com and noticed the JR springs on the site. quite a buy at $178, however i am weary of buying springs from a manufacurer that specializes in air filters :? . suposedly they are made my the same company that makes eibach springs. and since eibachs for the ng900 have been discontinued, this is very temping.... anybody hear anything about these springs?

sounds sketchy to me. do it right the first time and you won't have to do it a second time. me personally, I would stick with Eibach or H&R. I would rather pay a little more and only pay once. I would not want to be the gineau pig unless they were for free, and even then I would have reservations.

Stick with the Eibachs. I have the KIT with the shocks as well. I also recommend the 6pt sub-frame brace from www.genuinesaab.com. Best suspension piece I have bought, hands down.
have u bought a rear sway bar yet? or steering rack clamp?

id have to say the best suspension mod besides my springs is the rear sway bar

Ricot83 Got them all. Nothing tightens up the front like this 6pt sub-frame brace. I believe your from Ct and know the roads up here. This brace is clearly the best. Not trying to stroke Nick's products here, cuz my brace and rear sway is MP Performance. Just my opinion. Oh and by the way I have an Mp brace to sell! Wouldn't clear my DP. I am too old to NOT tell it like it is!

I am just saying, I read over 400 reviews of H&R, Eibach, and Intrax on epinions.com and by far, H&R had the least negative reviews. But many people swear by Eibach, even though there were quite a few people complaing the car was titled to one side or the other.... Intrax had the worst stories of cars being undriveable, sagging too far and riding the bumpstops/too low and things getting damaged.

If you have Intrax and they have worked out for you, I am glad to hear you did not have troubles like some of those other folks.

it could just be a case of people shouting when something is wrong, but not bothering to even whisper if they are pleased... you know?

You know it is always possible that they are crap. I know that Eibach is the spring that BMW and Mercedes use a version of Eibachs on them for stock sport suspension so I have been sold on them for a while. I think that the drop is a little too much for me with the JR and INtrax's and the HR's since I am only looking to do a 1 to 1.2 inch drop on my car.
