not to rain on your parade but the flashing of a t5 ecu pricing has really gone down hill with t5sute and newer tuners other than the old standbys
LOL not to rain on your parade but as you can see it says OBO. Make an offer . . .not to rain on your parade but the flashing of a t5 ecu pricing has really gone down hill with t5sute and newer tuners other than the old standbys
LOL are you serious??? Obviously you have not ran his stuff or you would not say that . . .I would be wary of Jak's power ratings, but some people could want a tuned ECU from a bigger name tuner so good luck!
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAJak was one of the PIONEERS in T5 tuning. A lot of the so called "tuners" of today are simply copying what he and others a like originally came up with and are modifying it. This tune was priced at $350 new.
Thanks for looking.
I respect your opinion but im not new to Saabs and I disagree completely . . . Prove me wrong. Please explain yourself.HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
i just fell off my couch laughing, its because your new.
if only you knew how wrong you were...the bold part is also quite ironic
LOL.it does not need to be brought up for the 1000th time on this site, and in your for sale thread.
Really, ok. Well considering I ran 3 different Jak Stoll Performance tunes for 3 years and have his full exhaust and intercooler, I think I have a clue about what I am talking about. The tuning he did was a lot more complex, but he also caused me and many others a huge amount of problems and money to diagnose and fix them after putting the blame on every single other part of the car yet his parts were the problem.LOL are you serious??? Obviously you have not ran his stuff or you would not say that . . .
Anyone interested can go to his site (http://www.jakstollperformance.com/) and look under the customer gallery to see some dyno maps. Personally my stage 3 was pushing 265+whp and around 295wtq.

He's right and some details don't need to be brought up again or put out in public. Just because you've ran an ECU of his shouldn't make you think he's pioneered Saab ecu tuning because that definitely isn't the case. He worked hard and made a lot of people happy but you shouldn't make empty, bold claims like that on here. I know you're trying to sell your ECU but leaving it at 300 OBO was the best way. I had a Jak tune, too.I respect your opinion but im not new to Saabs and I disagree completely . . . Prove me wrong. Please explain yourself.
I had a 3+ done by him and didn't have any issues. Another friend had a 5 and again no issues. While he could get stuff right, it's when he didn't and wouldn't fix the issue is when he got his rep...and bad sticks more than good.I Had a JSP T5 Stage 2/Upgraded to a 3+ in my 95' 9000 CS and had no problems with it at all - I bought it second hand and had it upgraded later by Jak. Aside from just not being powerful enough to my likings it was still a good tune. It was for a TD04 Aero turbo on an automatic with a Transmission torque cut off switch and other mods FYI.
His T5 tunes if not too customized do work fine it seems with no problems.
Bump for good upgrade ECU
