should i even attempt to try and pull this or should i just get a new hood?

I'd just look for another hood in the correct color, personally.

Thats creased. Its impossible to pull. It would require body work

With 94 900 to 2002 9-3 an option, and in black... You can find a hood for less than 200$ in the right color.
