You, you play "hockey"????

I'm afraid of you.:wink:

 

I will play hockey, starting this Sunday. I see it as a great stress reliever for a fairly laid-back gal who is living in a town (D.C.) full of type-A personalities.

 

I went to get kitted out today for my first hockey lesson on Sunday. Thanks to everyone for their suggestions about what kind of faces cages to get and other help. If anyone is near Waldorf, Maryland, definitely patronize the shop at the Capital Clubhouse. They totally rock!

I'm happy with Stateline Sports in Lebanon, NH.... They're great hehe. But I also order stuff online a lot.... it's cheaper. I wish I still played.

 

Where are they in Lebanon? I used to shop at the pet store in West Leb all the time when I lived in Vermont. They had a great selection of wacky fish....

 

I miss hockey...no time now with school + workin 60hrs a week

I played Roller Hockey for UMaine last year...5th in nation...w00t

 

The West Leb store has a bird room that's larger than my apartment in D.C. It's pretty cool but VERY noisy at times.

 

i play 2 nights a week here at school...intramurals.

i got cut from the div 1A club team 2 years in a row..last year i made it to the last day...they won the national championship last year too....

 

I've had a female cockatiel for the last five years. She doesn't talk (only the guys do, in some weird role reversal) and can be plenty noisy when she's determined.
