Highbeams? Electrical help...blah.

Hey all. Slowly beating my car into shape before I take it for inspection. Here's the issue: Upon flipping the stalk to get high beams, currently I only get the high beam on the passenger side...The driver's side drops down to the city light only. Also, I don't get the little blue icon on the dash. I'm ruling out the stalk/switch as it seems to be doing its job. Fuses on the interior are ok, as are the fuses in the engine bay. I assume the relay in the engine bay is working fine, as I swapped it with the AC relay and it performed the same. Is there another relay on the interior that would be causing this? Any other ideas where to look? Thanks!

Open it, guarantee you'll see cracked connections. As for the AC swap; I don't know if that is a legit swap. Try to fix the intended relay and then get back to us.
Good luck,
Cm

Lol, what, really? The orange one? No kidding. I looked at the panel diagram and everything. I must be an idiot. I'll check it tomorrow and get back to you guys. Thanks!

Good call guys. I pulled it apart today and despite being sick as a dog managed to located a cracked connection. A few minutes with the soldering iron and I now have both highs and my little blue light back. Many thanks. Also...easiest fix ever. Nothing on this car has ever required that little time to repair. Nice...since I'm sick as a dog right now and didn't feel like chasing electrical frills through the system. Will definitely be snagging a few extra relays at the yard this weekend. Any other relays dislay this problem often? Wondering if I should check all of them...
