Dont believe so.

I can sell you a fuel pump for a 99 9-3, or buy a new one off of eeuro.com for like 60-70 bucks. Install it yourself and save big bucks. Cut a hole under the rear seats and you can remove the old pump and install the new one in half an hour - hour tops.
