And a newer Radiator support - and fenders... and harness... doable - but not a quick cheap job...

Suggestions - clean it up - put it outside in light - take new pictures and put it on craigslist. I sold a 2003-2007 good used front bumper that way and got like $200 for it. $300 for a new bumper for a current car should be a quick sale there.
