For sale is my 2004 93ss Aero. It has 153k miles. I bought it not too long ago and selling because I ended up buying a 2008 93 with less miles.
I want to be completely honest about it, unlike the guy who sold this car to me.
The good:
- very rare color (I get compliments from random people, asking if it's a paint job).
- 6 speed manual transmission
- runs and drives great
- genuine saab short shifter goodies installed - shifts like an Audi
- interior in great condition
- Fresh synthetic mobile1 oil
- new cabin air filter
- new floormats
- engine harness issue famous for 2003-2004 fixed by Harvey
- All windows tinted
The bad:
- waiting for new window regulator, ampilfier and rear bumper to come. All that might be fixed in the near future
- check engine light (i'm one of those who ended up with chinese coils from napa, waiting for replacements that will take care of the CEL).
- rear bumper scuff (waiting for new bumper)
- tire pressure error on the dash (got tech2 and will fix it soon)
- radio isn't working (amplifier will be here in a few days though).
- will probably need new front springs
Therefore most of the bad will probably be taken care of in the next two weeks. It'll have different wheels, I'm swapping those wheels with stock 2008 wheels from my new 93ss.
It's a great looking car, it's not perfect but for the miles it looks very well maintained. Let me know if you have any questions.
