So, it begins. I had placed an order for all of the emergency brake hardware for my 1999 9-3 and EEUROPARTS says that they can't get the brake adjuster/sleeve parts because the Saab parts warehouse is closed.

I'm going to try and refurbish my existing brake adjusters but this sort of news makes me want to bail and save for another ride. CTS-V anyone?

Saab Parts AB is a separate and profitable entity, is it not? Unless you heard otherwise, I expect this to be temporary.

ETA:

PARTS
Is GM responsible for parts on 2009 model year vehicles and prior?
At this time, Saab remains the primary source for all parts. In some instances when Saab does not have inventory on 9-7x or 9-4x parts, dealers will be encouraged to order these from GM. Parts for the 9-2X can be ordered through Subaru dealers.
Is the parts ordering system shut down?
Effective Monday December 19th, all parts ordering was suspended. A prepaid parts ordering process is being developed and should be operational in early January. Please monitor IRIS for Details.

they have the same rear e brake setup as a Saturn L car. Part #21019000 for the adjuster, cost 8 bucks each and can be got at any GM dealer.

From the Eeuroparts splash page:

The Sky Is Falling…The Sky Is Falling!!

Saab is no more. What are we to do now?

We will do the same thing that we have been doing….just more of it. Over the last few years it has been evident that corporate support for our Saabs has been dwindling from both Sweden and from GM. For most of us that has meant finding parts and service from other sources. eEuroparts.com, LLC has been fortunate to be one of the places that Saab customers go to often for parts and for information about local shops and qualified technicians to keep their car on the road.

While our hearts go out to those employed by Saab, both home and abroad, our immediate attention must be focused on the needs of those that are driving Saab products. We want people to know that we will be doing everything possible to ensure that they are able to keep driving their Saabs. Many of our Saab parts offering, especially those parts that are required for routine maintenance, are sourced outside of the genuine Saab parts network and will not be affected in any way by Saab’s present corporate status.

Corporate Saab’s final chapter is yet to be written. Answers to many of our questions will surely materialize in coming weeks and months. If you have concerns or questions please don’t hesitate to contact us at any time.

Someone start a thread and we can sticky it.

For example, give name of the part, the Saab model(s) and year range, Saab part number, and replacement manufacturer and part number

What: ABS Brake Pressure Accumulator

For: 90-93 900 (and 94 convertible)
For: 89-95 9000 (eEuro says 94 and 95 w/ TCS only?)

Saab p/n: 4002267

AC Delco p/n: 25528382

Or something like that?
