Well i took the viggen into the local Saab shop to get inspection and emissions done to it and the mech. called me about a half hour later saying that he could not get the TECH II to connect to the ECM and that this was a huge problem if i wanted to get a test for emissions. I have no clue why this is happeneing but i figured id throw it out here to see what you guys thought. He wants to repair it but said it would cost alot, so id like to find out the problem for myself to be more cost effective. thanks alot
