I've done a hair dryer on an extension cord before, dress warmly though, you may be out there a while.

I had the locks freeze a few times on my car last winter. What I did to get into them was pour hot water over them until the key would turn. The last time they froze last winter, once I got the key turning I immediately sprayed inside it with wd-40, and I haven't had a problem with the locks since.

Use a torch or a heatgun to the cylinder itself or the key...I usually dont lock my car when its below 30 degrees and freezing just so i dont have to go through what your dealing with
