I spent weeks getting my IPod hooked up. iI neded up taking out the stokc headunit. If you want to keep it FM modulators are the way to go. They don't give ofof perfect sound though it's hardly noticeable. I had one in an older car and found it ok. But I'm a perfectionist about wiring stuff ;).

If your using an iPod just buy an aux in / power cord (forget what the manufacter's name is.. avoid the belkin one though) and plug it in to an aux input on your hedunit or FM modulator in for the stock headunit. Just about any car stereo place can set it up for you easily (cheaply) if you've never been behind the dash.

Let me know if you have any questions. I'm big on wiring and stuff and less on mechanical so I can help out ^^.
