Climate control wont stay off...

Do I remember correctly that there is a way to get the climate control to not automatically turn on when you turn the car on?

I would like it to automatically be off when I turn the car on, then I can turn it on when I want to. Is there any way to do this?

Yeah... I'd like to know that as well.
It's a pain in the summer having it come on full blast when you get in the car.

I tried this but I want it to be OFF when I turn on the car. When you press the defrost and panel buttons with the ACC off nothing flashes. WTF?

EDIT: Nevermind, it starts in the OFF setting now Thanks mcrowley

u just have to hold 2 buttons at once the ones all the way to the right last row the top one and the bottom one i think
