I've got an 89 SPG, and an 88 900 Turbo I'm parting out.

The motor, gear selector, clutch pedal assembly etc and all associated bits should be in my airflow by the end of the week.

I'll be pulling the near mint headliner from the SPG for my other SPG. I don't remember off the top of my head the condition of the headliner in the 88.

If you need a part(s), post here in this thread with the part and your offer. If it's worth my time to pull the part & ship it, I'll let you know.

The motor from the 88 is already pulled, and has an automatic transmission. Let me know if you want anything from that motor.

Things I know are good-
-SPG kit, decent condition, missing drivers front panel.
-SPG wheels (painted dark gunmetal)
-Gray interior (Carpet, door panels, seats, all in good condition)

Again, if you want something, name your offer and if its worth my time, I'll pull it and ship it. My fiance and I should be closing on our new house in early May, so I'll be moving, and I'm told I can't bring my parts cars with me (silly fiance!) So anything not removed from these cars by the time I move will be joining the cars in the junkyard.

The interiors on both cars are Gray, The seats in the 88 are torn. The seats in the SPG are in good condition.

As for C900's, Greg currently has me beat with the number of "Running" C900's. But that should be resolved shortly once I finish the airflow motor transplant, and fire up the nice SPG now that it's fueling issue is resolved.

i need the seatbelt attatchements where the 3pt belt latches/connects by the center console. It's in the pic of the seat.

Any idea who much you would want for the seats? They do not look to be in to bad of condition..... where do you live? so I can take a guess on shipping.....

my momo seats are to much of a PITA & the car just sits. Thus, I want to throw stock belts & possibly stock seats back in the car

Greyhound. Wrap them in cardboard and send them off!

I've not sent anything this way, but I hear it is cheap.

I've also has seats sent to me via fedex or ups all wrapped up in cardboard.

I have shiopped seats by wrapping them in cardboard & taking them to the local UPS store. If I recall they are 35-45lbs ea or something like that..... any idea what you would want for them? I will look to see what shipping is to see if it's even worth me doing.

they are out of the 89 SPG correct? It's been a while since I have messed with C900 seats so I want to be sure they would fit. Does anyone know if it was 1990 that all C900's went to the 9000 mounting brackets & the 89 C900 with those motorized seatbelts also have the 9K brackets? Mine is a 88 so I need the older style

Seat compatibility

To answer your ? below -- these seats will work on any 1991+ c900 or any 1988 or 1989 3 door with passive (motorized) belts. They won't bolt into any 1990 c900. (a weird year because had new style seatbelt clasps -- on the floor not on the seat frames -- but retained the old style "hook in rear on drivers side" seat mounts)

Not to thread jack or anything.

But what kind of seats would work in an 86 900? I need to replace my front ones but I am not sure what I am doing yet. I looked at Sparco and a few other manufacturers. I would like to keep it saab original. Would a 9000 seat work in there or Aero as long as it wasn't motorized?

crap... crap.... crap..... so they won't fit :(

My last 88 SPG I had the seat brackets modded to fit the 9K seats. This car unfortunantly has the older mounting so unfortunantly I will have to pass on your seats.... dammit!!

Amish ! Hey are the sunvisors in this thing good? I was just dropping my headliner to fix something and BOTH of the sunvisors on my 89 SPG (w/ passive belts, formerly) literally cracked all over. The plastic covers I guess just were decayed. Hoping yours are good .. esp around where they clip into the little clips toward the center of the car. If so, can I pls buy them?
