when it is really wet, like rain for more than 2 days, and pretty warm, or just outragously hot, i get a ABS and Brake! light on my dash. If i turn the car off and start it again, they ussually go off, but i want to know why they are doing this, cause its pretty annoying. I think it may have something to do with sitting too long, or possibly overheating, but i really have no idea

Check the rubber sleeves over the ABS sensors attached to the calipers. These might be loose and allowing water to get in and screw up the sensors...

Problem is you'll have to check all four to make sure!

The first time it happened, mine turned out to be a faulty ABS unit. Cleaning etc did not help so I had to replace it :( .

It came back intermittently some months later, so the dealer pulled the plugs on the control unit and cleaned them with contact cleaner. This was about 1,000 km ago and it still has not come back :|
