I'm getting a boost gauge for my 97 900SE. What vacuum line should I tap? and I was told to look for a plug under the break peddle to route the tubing but I can not find it. Can I just drill through the firewall?
Actually, I never did find that grommet. I did however find the grommet used for the fuse box located under the hood. It was a tight squeeze and a true bitch to find.
That grommet was located high above your clutch pedal, I had to take the undersection of my dash out to get to it. I eventually got fed up with it, and ended up drilling my own hole for my positive battery cable to my amp.
