Blue Car Blast (1/3 Saab content)

I have a yearly camping trip/meet with a few guys from around the continent in West Virginia. This year there were three blue cars, so we took them out for a "spirited" drive in the mountains. We also stopped to take a handful of pictures at one of our favorite scenic locations.

I love that my 11 year old Viggen doesnt look outdated next to a 2010 RX-8 and 2010 WRX. That RX-8 is an absolute blast to drive.

Ah, that's out near Davis/Thomas! We take a few cycling trips out there yearly. Some of the best MTB and road biking on the east coast, as well as amazing skiing in the winter. Grew up near the area.

Hopefully you stopped at the Purple Fiddle in Thomas or Sirianis in Davis and enjoyed some great food and drinks.

Someone who knows the area? Cool!

Our base of operations is Five River Campground in Parsons. We go to the Flying Pig in Thomas for breakfast every year. The owners recommended Sirianis actually, and we plan to go next year

Mmmm. RX-8. Its really the only one of current Mazdas that doesn't look like total shit.

For some reason the Viggen looks the best and also seems to be the smallest yet I am sure it has the most room.. SAAB's Rock.. Thanks for sharing. Great Comparision pics.

Aint that the truth. Those damn Mazda 3s are always smiling at you and they look even more ridiculous with the license plate in the grill. Looks like a damn buck tooth.

Absolutely correct. The RX-8 is intentionally tiny, but it feels more secure than cramped. The WRX was a bit cramped though.
