I actually think Baldwin is good on 30 rock, and was good on snl, however, the best skit of all time (or atleast the 90's and newer) is the Blue Oyster Cult skit with Chris Walken and Will Ferrel "I need more cowbell"

 

Great song and the skit was hilarious, I think Will Ferrell is a comedic genius, especially in Anchorman. Nothing like silly shit that puts a smile on your face.
