I had to buy a couple of these when I updated the compressor housing on my TD04HL with the machined version to fit the '06+ King Cobra and the cheapest place I found for them was directly from Saab....this because I didn't need to ship them from anywhere. Anywhere that had them was charging like $6-8 shipping and that equated to an equal price from picking up at the dealer.

 

When I was helping (read: watching) b_dash install his turbo, we went to a local indie Saab shop and picked them up for a couple bucks each.

 

closes saab dealership is 1hr away and the parts dept isn't open on weekends, i work too late during the week, no saab indies around within 1 1/2.

are you talking about the copper 1/2 " diameter ones?

 

umm... i think they are 1/2 inch... just the ones that fit the drain plug

edit: M12's? are those the smaller of the two sizes on the Td04? I can't remember.

 

Swapping turbos from a t25 to tdo4 in the instructions says I'll need two m12's and 4 copper washers. I'm still waiting on Dan to reply to my pm's about the lines . Wanta ship me a few?

 

If you're keeping the original T25 lines, then get a pair of Earl's Banjo Bolts. Jeg's, Summit Racing, and Earl's Store #1 all sell them. They have a nice shoulder on them that fits right inside the 14mm T25 lines and they come with aluminum crush washers.

 

Here's one link however it's pretty expensive, best bet is Saab dealer or even a local garage that fixes saabs . They tend to have them sitting around.

Tdo4's require 2x 12mm x 1.5 banjo bolts, the lines you have, have a 14mm hole so you'll need 4x slightly bigger crush washers (copper/aluminum) to compensate for the difference in size. Your oil line has a 12mmx1.5 to 12mmx1.5 fitting which screws into the line. However I don't if your lines will line up, I scrapped my lines and went stainless.
