i'm not sure if i just didn't notice until now or if it's a new problem or a problem at all but at 75 i'm at 3000 on the tach... that seems really high. i feel like it wasn't as high before
Completely normal. The final drive is very short on the Aisin Warner units but that was intentional not for better gas mileage, but to keep the ratios closer since there are only 4 gears. That is why you are already spinning 4k rpm at 100mph or close to 3k rpm at 75mph.
I personally like the shorter gear mostly because it makes 4th gear usable instead of having a super long final gear.
