are my tranny mounts going out?

this just started a week or so ago. I noticed it first when I was in 3rd, accelerating through a left turn. The car felt like it was stalling out like i was learning how to drive stick all over again. I pushed on the gas a little more and the car kind of leaped foward a few times, then everything was back to normal. Didn't happen again for a while, but more recently, it has been happening in 2nd and 3rd. Not so much first.

Seems like it is tranny related because the rpms do not go crazy and thats just my feeling. Plus, I have heard that the tranny mounts go out on these cars, especially if you are the least bit aggressive, which I am aggressive, but not terribly so...

exnay on the tranny thing, i stalled out in neutral times today... what could it be?
Fuel Pump? Sounds like a fuel stavation issue - check for fuel pressure at the rail (you need a gauge). Car still starts? No CEL?

As for trans mounts - this is mostly noticed they are bad when you engage drive or reverse you will feel a clunking sensation. You will know the rear lower mount is bad when you are in reverse and you give it some throttle and it clunks hard.
so it was the ignition cassette
