My friend's wanting to upgrade his '04 Arc next spring, but Nordic's website only list the Aero 2.3T 250 HP and not the Arc 2.3T 220 HP. Being they are the same motor and have the same turbo shouldn't the upgrades be the same being they mostly deal with the ECU, which (minus exhaust) is the only difference between the two?

We're thinking of going for the 280 HP stage 2, so the exhaust will be changed anyway. I think a 60HP difference will be very noticeable. lol We just want to get an idea of what to get now, so he knows how much $$ he has to save back to order it.

Ah, didn't think about that. What are their prices like? Well, I guess if they were more it wouldn't matter because of the diff in shipping.

How exactly does T7 Suite work? I've heard of doing it, but never really understood what is done.

unless your willing to spend quite a bit of time reading, learning, experimenting...i would just go with a pro tune.

In the amount of time it would take me to learn to tune my car...I could work several overtime shifts and more than pay for a protune a few times over. .

lol, then GenuineSaab it is.
You can also use JZW, he is a protuner that uses T7 suite lots cheaper like 250 I think

He tuned my custom 2000 9-5 234/235 hybrid, T5 cams, Big T28 turbo, not your standard set-up and it runs great
