also not sure if this related. When i start the car, my ac will come on for 3 -5 seconds then cut off for 10+ seconds then come on working.. I swear Louisiana Humidity is not nice to the saab lol
Alarm? Horn + Flashers
Hi Guys, first time posting.
I have a 2001 Saab 93 SE. I had to replaced the ABS Module (rebuilt), I took out the battery also as it was good and put it in my jeep. Well fast foward 3 weeks. I put the abs module in and the battery. Now my flashers go off and the horn just blareing, even with it off.
Is this part of the alarm? I've tried to do a disable, lock all doors then unlock, lock/unlock while inside, start the car up and lock and unlock.
I really do not want to bring it to the saab dealership, they want 95 an hour... i just want to drive my car
lol any assistance is greatly appricated.
P.S. there are no Indy Saab Repair shops here in Baton Rouge, LA. Only one Saab dealer in the south (maybe north LA also)

I have disconnected the battery. still gets itchy with me
MY glimp of hope was crushed
I let it sit for a couple of hours and plugged it in.. no lights!! but 30seconds later.. came flashing with a vengeance.How much is a new alarm module? example from eeuroparts? I searched alarm and it just gets me the keyfob.
thank you for the info damn i do not want to pay Gerry Lane saab 100 dollars just to turn off the alarm.. and wait all day for it.
and i bet if that doesnt fix the issue they are going to charge me another 100 just to use their tech 2 tool.
