Air bag light on

Hey Guy,so I took the seats out of my 02 Viggen to wash the carpet
but after putting them back I got an airbag light with the warning triangle,
I read somewhere that it could be a sensor under the seat...does that make any sense? Also if it is that maybe the connections didn't click in or something,
will I need a tech2 to reset the light? Thanks!

Thanks man,I took ur advice and had a tech run the tech2...
All good now,he also changed the settings on daylight running,so I can now have the corner light on with the fog light, without turning the head light on :)

Suddenly my light came on. After reading a lot on the forums went to the passenger side seat and looking under it I saw the following diconnected plugs . One is green and the other is grey and they are close to the famous yellow airbag connector. Should I plug them? Should I unplug battery before I do that?
By the way the car is a 2003 9 3 convertible

Don't just plug them in. Check what they are for and go from there. Do they appear to be able to plug into one another and are the same number of wires on both connector? Someone with a new 9-3 should comment but I wouldn't just plug them in randomly until you know what they both go to.

When I plug the two connectors the seatbelt light goes on. I then buckle up the passenger as well as driver seat and they still stay on. Now is the airbag plus the seatbelt plus the warning light. Christmas spirit must be....
