Mainly need a drivers side front door, but also a passenger if available. Must be rust free (thats the point of replacement) for a '92 9000. Also needs to be somewhere reasonable to pick up, or brought to Carlisle this year.

plutana grey (same color as my 9k) but it doesn't have to be the right color, price and condition of the metal (inside and out) are the important parts
I just ordered a spare pair of front doors. From a '91 9000 - Scarabe Green in color. No rust to amount to anything. When doors repainted - rust should / would be taken care of at that point.
Doors from a CS/CSE/Aero definitely bolt right on, only difference is where the holes are on the outer skin for the moldings to attach. Tube of windshield urethane cures that problem.
They do bolt up just fine, but like you said the trim mounts completely differently, so be prepared to glue it on, and the wiring is a fair bit different. The fronts are close, but the backs are completely different.
Slight threadjack if people are throwing out doors, but does anyone have a driver's door window assembly (frame, motor, etc)? The green slider cracked and rail has separated in the 94 Aero. Also looking for the mirror switch, the tab cracked.
