i got the car on an awesome trade from a guy at work who was strapped for tools at the time. Ive only owned it for about 4 monthes but i do know that he changed the oil regularly. since ive owned it ,i have repaired the LT side rear and painted 70%of the car. i have pictures of the repair throughout the forum but i can dig them up if needed. i am an I-CAR certified autobody tech so the job was done right. the reason im selling the car is ,once again , i kinda fell into a great deal for an Evo. i have enjoyed this project very much but unfortunetly i have not finished it. it does still have a small electrical issue with the power antenna and it is due to have the engine freshened up. the clutch is new from the previous owner and so are the tires. i just started to replace the seats because the originals are shredded. along with this car will come a major goody package which includes a new rad, intercooler, aero struts and springs , a new/used cassette(car has a newer one already) aero seats, and various interior peices. i really am selling this as a pretty complete project. im sure theres other stuff im forgeting. -asking price $1500-

does it look as good in the pics as it is? I'm getting more interested. How long will the paint/body work hold up? I am a SAAB guru but a body shop noob. I here stories of customers paying 650$ to have rust fixed and next year having rust bubbles.

I'm paranoid of rust. Even the word 'rust' makes the hair on the neck stand up. I hate rust.

Ugh thats a great looking car, I swore I'd never go back to 9000's but thats a really good deal. Anyone interested in an SPG? First $1500 takes it:lol:

Nick if you haven't already take a look here:http://www.saablink.net/forum/showthread.php?t=46874 the repair job looks legit, not someone doing this in their garage...

i have to get more pics up to show what was painted and repaired. as far as the repair goes , i have been doing major collision work since 2003. i am I-CAR certified in everything from automotive refinishing to BMW certified structural welding. the shop i work for is the biggest and best in new jersey as far as customer satisfaction and overall volume. We do 190 + cars a month .
http://www.cortautobody.com/checkvehicle.htm . click on this link ,then click on #3721 and that is the car im working on now. it was and will one day again be a 2009 cadilac cts, and that is me in the third pic.

Now it turns out my brother is coming back to the states and will need some cheap transportation, I suggested this to him but he won't be back for another 2 months. I'm trying to find a spot for him to store it since I still really like this car so I'm trying my best;)
