99-01 LPT shocks with 35k miles on them. They are in good condition.

2001 9-5 tan leather seats. No tears or cracking on the front seats, but there is a minor tear on the back seat where the bottom and top half meet. The tear is pretty inconspicuous and not visible when bottom cushions are not folded forward. They still smell of leather conditioner from when I first got them and cleaned them up.
It may be more reasonable to just sell the skins. So the pricing will be as follows: $175 shipped for the skins only, $150 if you come and get them. OBO
