Hi all, I was hoping someone could shed some light on my problem -- After searching the forums, I have the same symptoms as this guy:
Difference is that I just had my master clutch cylinder replaced at the recommendation of the dealer (to fix this problem). As well, in my case, I can consistently change the distance the clutch engages by pumping the clutch to build up hydraulic pressure.

Now, I am really hoping this is not indicative of a slave cylinder failure, but I do have a little hope -- I had some major service work done on my car back in the fall, including flushing out the brake lines. This problem only started happening after flushing the brake fluid (are they linked? seem to be...)

What's going on and what could be failing? Should I try to be getting the dealer to take some of the responsibility for causing this?
