9-5 234/235 hybrid vs GTO

So I was out tryign to adapt my new tune from JZW, car was running pretty strong ( liek before I blew the last motor) I pulled into a lane on the hyway entrance that merges up ahead had to beat an old vovloo to get my lane in like 1000 ft, no problem. But as I take off I squealed the wheels a bit ( not WOT at that time, and I hear severe mufler noise from the far left lane, did not notice the loud GTO there.

Well I guess he was having none of it and got on it, he was at my door when I laid into it ( I was not WOT just trying to get ahead of a Vovlo) as his rear bumper was at my front I got spool and just hung there through 3rd., then into 4th.

So we slow down to like 35, I'm in second, and he goes, this time I hammer it and hang right at his door,, I shift he hits the rev limiter ( not sure if he was showing off or what, and slowly pulled past me to so that I was at his rear bumper till we slowed down..

I am sure it was a Kill for him but I was pleased, the car is not yet running perfect. He got ahead but did not blow me away, very respectable.

He pulled into the gas station that I was heading too, slowly rolled by after dropping off a passenger. Probably too confused to believe my car hung there ( but prolly just feeling good) I was too:D

Nice, respectable death... the GTO is a mean machine but they are weakest from a roll - which is where turbo Saabs are the fastest! If it was an automatic then it's even worse. Nasty flat spot around 40mph.

What's your est. hp/tq?

Heading to the DYno today ( if they can squeeze me in) With the last decent tune same set-up on a 235 motor with wossners 290 WHP 330 WTQ.

This one seems milder I am guessing 300 WTQ and 270 WHP, but won't grenade my engine hopefully.
