that will definitely fit i have a i think 5 or 6 inch diameter ceramic cat on my car. the round ones fit easier than ovals.

 

There's always the one used in Taliaferro Saab's downpipes. It's made by Vibrant Technologies. It's pretty small in diameter and very short. Taliaferro sells it for $145.

 

I've got that Magnaflow cat on a 3" JT JT system on a 95 Aero - fit with no problems, works great !

 

Just get under the car and measure the clearance. Not too hard and you know for sure.

 

I don't know why, but this concept is very tough for some people to actualize.
