My mom's brand new HP laptop has been nothing but a shit show.

And why would they change how you restart/shutdown the computer (via the START menu). My parents got so pissed, they went an bought a new iMac the next day.

(I bought them their first Mac, four years ago...MacMini, they hated it at first, but now all of them love Macs)
