I work on a small dairy farm that makes artisan alpine washed rind cheeses. We have an amazing swiss. I plan on bringing some to pass at any Saab events we go to. I brought some to Casey's events last year. I started learning the art of the curd a few months ago so I could be the back up cheese maker on the farm.
