Figure I would throw this up here see if anyone knew someone who needs a truck. Save the small tire a brodozer comments or :signs065:

It's time for me to sell my truck. It has lived a very easy life, and I am the second owner. I love this truck, and I did not buy it to do any heavy lifting. The previous owner was an elderly man who used it to pull his camper to Florida every winter since new. This truck has seen ONE winter (2010) and it shows. It is in excellent condition for 1999 F-350. There are a few scratches, but it is black!

The reason why I am selling it is because I just moved last week and my commute increased. This truck is my daily driver, and my only other vehicle is a motorcycle.

The truck is a 1999 F-350 Powerstroke dually. It is an XLT with a manual trans, power windows, power locks, A/C, tilt wheel and cruise control. Everything works. I have taken very good care of it, as has the previous owner. I change the oil and filter every 4,000 with Shell Rotella T6 Synth or Amsoil 15w-40 whichever I can get my hands on. The truck had some important maintenance around 110k miles. The oil pan was replaced, as was the clutch, flywheel, alternator, thermostat and elbow. Cold weather never fazed this truck. It always starts first try in the cold morning.

Exterior:

* 2005 Front end conversion: 2007 Lariat Grille w/Honey Comb insert, 2005 front bumper, valance and fog lights, 2006 Harley Davidson Head Lights with clear reflectors, all painted to match, all brand new parts $$
* Recon smoked dually fender and clearance lights with LEDs
* Pro Comp 4" lift
* Windshield Visor
* Smoked Tail lights
* Back Rack, LED work lights, Tool box
* Soft tonneau cover (without back rack installed)
* Aluminium differential covers with added oil capacity
* Tow Mirrors
* Rhino Liner bed lining
* Dark window tint

Interior:

* 2001 Front Seats with cup holders and center arm rest
* Alpine CDA-105 iPod Deck
* Rockford Fosgate Prime 6x9 Speakers (front and back)
* Glow shift electronic boost and EGT gauge on the steering column

Engine:

* DP-Tuner F8 switch on-the-fly 8 position tuner (no start, stock, 1300rpm idle, lope idle, decel, 40hp tow, 80hp economy, 120hp race)
* Banks 4" Monster turbo back exhaust (Stainless steel, mandrel bent)
* RiffRaff Performance AFE Big Boost intake
* Stancor Glow Plug Relay

I probably missed a few things. I am asking $16,000 obo. I created that price based on what I see on eBay, you can buy a stock dually with higher miles for about the same miles. I own the truck out-right, have a clean title in my hand, and I am ready to sell. I average about 19mpg with it, probably because it still has stock sized tires. This truck is ready to do some work, or just continue looking great. I am sure if you're looking at this, I don't need to get into the legendary 7.3 reliability. This truck has many years and many miles left!

My name is Mike, give me a call at 508-517-5998. I am available to show the truck whenever. I always answer phone calls and posts/emails.

Thanks! I appreciate it.

That's a beauty. Bummer it's a dually (IMHO). You should consider posting at least an interior shot, and an under hood shot.

Also, I assume that you added black to the bumpers and grille, and that's how the truck sits now, vs. chrome.
Yep, the truck is 95% blacked out.

I will be adding interior shots, I threw the postings together today on a whim.

Obligatory "Do want, can't have" comment.

Peering under the front end, front diff leads me to say 4x4. Almost 99% are the long 8ft bed.

Only recently on some newer Fords and Dodge one tons Ive seen a couple short(er) beds. Typically the dually fenders run the entire length of the bed, which looks pretty silly. Last month saw a 3500 Cummings Ram MEGA CAB 4-door dually with the short bed pulling at least a 32ft 13,500# triple axle dirtbike trailer at a race. Looked awkward, real awkward.

selling the truck already? Mike's a great seller to deal with and takes excellent care of his vehicles. I picked up his 9-5 aero earlier this year - very transparent and helpful, smooth transaction, and awesome car.

Let me know if you decide to sell the bike for some reason... I'm planning on picking up a d675 next season.

Very nice F-350, even more so since it has the bulletproof 7.3L. She wont win a 1/4 mile drag race vs some of the newer direct injection, variable vain single/twin turbo, 5 and 6 speed auto competition....but she will absolutely win a 500,000 mile drag race hands down.

Dad has the last year 7.3L, 2002, F-350 4x4 since 50k miles. Currently at 210k. have replaced: alternator, waterpump, ac compressor, front and rear axle seals, front and rear pads w rotors, front calipers, front wheel bearings with all front end joints and all steering links at the same time (195k). That's it beside normal fluid and filter changes(!!!). Rotella w Mobil 1 filter every 6k miles. He has run B99 BioDiesel for the last 50k miles. Original injectors, fuel pump, diffs, transfer case, auto trans etc.

Simply put...awesome truck.

There's a good reason the 7.3L will pull a lot more $$ in the same condition and miles than a 6.0L.

Damn, bummer you are selling it, a great looking truck! The 7.3 is an amazing motor, still disappointed about having to sell mine back in the spring, but that was a basket case vs. yours which is all together and a great example of a super duty that's been very well taken care of. Good luck with the sale, excited to see what you'll be getting for a DD.

I'll assume you've posted it on powerstroke.org as well and the dieselstop.com

You should have no problem selling it IMO.
