that's a 93 9000 thing, they all have it. I think it's the AC cut off switch.

i believe your right as to the auto trans thing, i think it has to do with an trans oil cooler valve or something of the sort,

looks like the throttle body is new so it probably doesnt have any tcs issues

 

too bad its an auto, my spg is on the outs

 

Find a used 5 speed and swap it into this 9000 to fix that problem. Being an automatic isn't a reason not to buy, just means you have a chance to make the car proper for less.
