Whoever won the car for $1927 got one hell of a deal. Hope they restore it!
The new owner is well know in the Saab world, i imagine he will restore it and resell it.
sad to see it go so cheap, but it gives us all an idea of what our precious rust free 900's are really worth. even tho they routinely ask 8 grand for them on saabnet.

For some reason, the only person that comes to mind is Jon Williams... but I can't really picture him reselling it.

Robert OMea, supposedly gonna fly out and drive it home to oregon, heck of a trip to say the least
Ah.. that doesn't surprise me. He is always picking up the rare Saabs and flipping them on TSN... For as long as I can remember! I just didn't think of him because of where he lives.

What an ass basket. One of my room-mates wanted to pick it up and use as a driver, guess he never got the balls to place a bid.

Bummer.

Best,
Drew
