17" BBS RK2's weigh 23 pounds. Also, pictures.

I know this, because I weighed one of my new ones!

I have a full set, and 2 need repair. One has a minor ding, and the other is 50/50. The saving grace for the really bad one is the fact that it held air after the damage from hitting a fents post. The lips are in ok shape as well. Minor crub rash. I think that will be easy enough to get rid of with a little sanding.

I have a person ready to glass bead blast the centers, I just need to figure out if the one is repairable or not.

I have a neato idea for a re-finish too.:p

Who wants some decently clean GF wheels in the spring?

I used a UPS scale. Those RK1's are known to be pretty light, too.

Two pieces wheels are pretty heavy. 23 lbs is heavy but lighter than the 25+ lb Gary Fishers.
Very true. I'll weigh those too. My guess is 27+ actually.

No, something different. I'm over dark wheels with polished lips.
