Located primarily in Iowa City, IA
I am frequently in Chicago and the southern Wisconsin area.

I have a set of 15" BBS wheels- factory saab option from way back when-
they have some tires on them currently... nothing special though.

anyways I would like to trade for a set of steelies with good/decent tires.
In my opinion, you come out ahead.

any better pictures?

Are you sure they are 15" and not 16" ?

If they are 16" I have some other Saab 16" Alloys I could put some all season used tires on which would be good.
