The 2nd motor that the guy has coming for it with the twin turbo setup dynoed at 2045BHP on an engine dyno (out of the car dyno).

Total including the car the guy said he has spent upwards to 200K on the car in tuning and purchase!!! That is with sponsor help too but still!!!

Badazz.....that thing must go through tires like crazy.....everytime you go for a fill up of gas (which is probably often) you've prolly gotta get a new set of rubbers.

i would think 2000+ HP would not really be all that streetable....the thing must idle at like -5rpms and run on 300 octane fuel.

 

To be sure, getting peak HP requires race fuel. I bet on pump gas it's "only" 1300-1500hp.

I love those cars. There was a red w/white stripes one running spectator laps at Road America last weekend. He'd come out of the turn and get on it, it was like he hit warp speed and just annihilated anything in front of him. It's too bad Ford didn't engineer it correctly for touring car use from the factory, it'd be running with the C6R's, Vipers and Aston Martin's in ALMS.
