UPDATE:
26 views and counting, so I figure somebody may be interested. Dug around on my EPC program looking for differences. Viggen has the same diff. as the 9-5, which is why I can't just jam a 2.0 trans. in there. Thought of swapping axels, but the Viggen also has its own outer cv joints, so hubs would need to go too and I can't degrade this car that much. Same input shafts too, so that's good news. Bad news is: clutch cover/bell housing misses by a mile. So much appears the same that I'm going to swap over bell housings and see if this is really a feasible option. Bear in mind this car is used more as a tool than a toy, so I'm less concerned with gear ratios than functionality.
