Aircon is good and blower works ok, just no heating. The Aircon display is not working. I believe that there is a solenoid valve to control the engine coolant flow, though I have yet to identify it, which I'd like help with.
So today on the coldest day, the blower on the heater just stopped working. I checked the #22 fuse and its fine and also did the Auto/Off diagnostic and at first it gave me a 0 then I got 1 on the drivers side and 6 on the other. The heat still seems to be working just no blowing, What to try...
Here's the deal:
The heat wasn't working so I changed the thermostat, didnt fix the problem. The car warms up to regular operating temp but when I turn on the heat, cool air blows out. Any ideas what would cause that??
Also, I'm getting small amounts of oil in the coolant reservoir...
My girlfriend's driver side seat heater will not turn off, even with the switch in the off position.
I told her to keep the ventilated seat option on to make sure the seat stays cool.
Any ideas on how to fix this or what might be causing the problem.
