    Car starts only after cranking 10 or 15 sec. and does so grudgingly.as in not getting enough fuel. Once it starts it will idle fine but will stall if you touch the throttle what so ever. It is a problem that would appear and disappear without warning and all at once. Either 100% or not at all...
