Name:Benjamin Brewer

Location: Brunswick, Maine (pickup is welcomed, and we can work on the prices then)

Means of contact: Pm, bbrewer(at) gmail.com.

Price: $see below

Description:

Parts from the OG (t7, 2000+) 9-3 I had parted out:

1) Aftermarket AC compressor; Tested fine by spinning it, and it holding suction on my thumb for what seemed like forever, but was likely 3 minutes. Car sat for 4+ months before disconnection, and lines were fully charged -- It's a good compressor from 'CompressorWorks', apparently based in dallas texas. $55 shipped in the 48.

2) Full set of GOOD AC lines from said car. All held tight for months, look very clean. Most, if not all, of the o-rings still on the lines (I believe all). $50 shipped

3) t7 DI cassette, version TK3.6 (see pictures for other date code info). Have NOT tested it, but I will for a solid week (200~ miles of driving, if I have an interested party). $75 shipped to your house, that is plopped in the 48 states.

4) OG 9-3 grill in good shape. $40 shipped? I have no idea....

5) Very clean, very recently machined t7 head with whatever you see attached to it (t7 cams, springs, thermo housing, etc). $200 NOT SHIPPED, but I will ship, we just have to figure out a price for that business!

6) Manual AC controls, zero broken knobs, includes still attached 'toilet paper roll' that has yet to break! $35 shipped to your cardboard box of a house, or mansion, or anything in between, assuming it's in the cont 48! Note: Has a 'stick on trim kit' of 'wood', but I imagine you can pull it off with a little bit of sweet-talk and or small screwdrivers and goo-gone. $35 shipped.

7) A nasty looking oil pan, but no cracks, etc. $55 shipped.

8) Rear fog light assemblies in *perfect* condition. $50 shipped to your yacht, as long as it has a cont 48 shipping address!

9) TWO valve covers; One says SAAB and one says SAAB ecopower. Both come with the free grease and grime on them, and are able to be shipped to your traveling gypsy village in the cont 48 for $35 each or , say, $50 for the pair. May or may not include a crunchy gasket stuck in them...

10) FULL, non-molested complete engine bay wiring harness. $60 shipped to your mothers house, in the 48 states and all.

All prices are OBO, as long as you are not asking me to ship something to you , including the 'thing', for $6. You get what I am saying!

I have more, I'll post it up in a reasonable timeframe!

Hi Mate,

i'd be interested in the DIC as well as the head. If you ship to Canada.
Unfortunately at this time, shipping the head to Canada isn't the most idealistic situation, i fear it may be cost prohibitive to make much sense. If you are really in need, we can discuss shipping costs, methods, and a 'fair arrangement' so I make a bit of money and you don't end up paying a lot of money due to the shipping.

interested in dic to brooklyn ny 11234?
I will put this on my car and drive it through next week, ~ 200 miles total to check for running issues, CEL's and then scan the ECU for any misfire notes in the ECU -- I figure this is 'safe' testing, if you agree!

I may be interested in the oil pan. It should fit a T5 motor, correct?

Would be local pickup, I live 20 minutes from Brunswick.
I believe it will; Let us both double check and get in touch -- Local pickup is always the best way to do these things and I'd be interested in meeting a fellow link member!

Sorry for the late replies!

eeuroparts lists the oil pans for only t7 motors on their fitment guide, so I'm trying to think what is different from the t5 pan, but according to their site the part number only fits noted t7 cars: '99 vigs, '99 9-5's and '00 onward 9-3's...

So, unless they are incorrect, it looks like it will not fit your t5 engine!

Sorry!

Sorry about that Joe; I was in discussions with someone local (but on this board...who pm'ed me right before you!)

But it seems that one of their cyl's has 0# compression... So they are thinking they do NOT need the DIC. (as per their PM this am!)

So, still available. Will write you PM when I get back from dealing with the snowfall!

DIC tested good, no cracks, no codes, same DIC as pictured above: sold to slow Joe, so no longer for sale! Will update parent post (if I can) with things that are sold. Everything else still listed is still for sale, and remember prices are best reasonable offer shipped from Maine!

Cheers,
Benjamin

Just a new year bump.
All items still available MINUS the SOLD DIC.

Remember, all prices are OB(r)O.
Local pickup usually involves me giving you things for free as well,
It's how I roll.

Cheers,
Benjamin
