Hi MikeD,

Can you do a tune without the original ECU ?
I will provide the VIN number.

I can then have it 'married" to my car with the TECH2,
just like all vendor tuned ECUs.
i can tune using a different ECU.. i can even make it work without the Tech 2,, (thank t7suite for that) you just need to pull the mobilizer number off your current ECU.

the mobilizer number is written on the black plastic plug on the top of the ECU,, make sure to pull the ECU all the way out, and that the vin on the Side of the ECU is the same as the one for the car. i will need both the Vin, and immobilizer number
Picture of the location of the immoblizer number

when typing the imbolizer number in, make sure you know which ones are number '0''s and which ones are letter 'o's the zeros have the line though the center,, the O's do not.. (ask me how i know)

do you have a core ECU? or would you like one provided?

Vote of support for mike he's been working with me on my tune for several months, and is a great help to me. I've already invited him to my place to help me finish the tune and turn some wrenches on my car...

Ps mike do u have any use for a 7" netbook? Its almost pocketsized with loose jeans!

Also if u wanna use my garage as a base of operations in NYC hit me up on aim. As I said my folks will be out of town so it shouldn't be a problem!

Well, Prolly Not at the same time:)

Mike D tuned my 2000 9-5, made it drive 100% better and got it to from 22 to 28 MPG.
and he tuned my 2.1T c900...... a Very quick 6 PSI~

Next it will be my 2002 9-5 Aero with forged pistons and a t28:)

Another bump for Mike. Stage 1 tune and he's always there for you. We probably talked 6-7 times just to make sure what we could do with it and even called to check on it after the fact. Great guy.
